Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the provision of pet waste removal services (“Services”) by Puppy Pebbles Pty Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Service Frequency
1.1 Standard Service. Most Clients prefer once-weekly service. We also have fortnightly services available
1.2 Additional Visits. For households with children regularly using the yard or have three (3) or more dogs, we recommend at least two (2) visits per week.
2. Term and Cancellation
2.1 No Contracts. Our Services are provided without a long-term contractual commitment.
2.2 Cancellation. Clients may cancel Services by providing at least one (1) week’s written notice prior to the next billing date.
2.3 Minimum Fee. In the event of cancellation, Services will continue until the end of the paid month. A minimum fee equal to the current one-time service rate (currently AUD $149) will apply.
3. Payment
3.1 Accepted Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as direct debit. Clients will be provided with a secure payment link. We do not accept cash, checks, or third-party payment apps (e.g., Venmo).
3.2 Billing Cycle. Clients are billed monthly on the first (1st) day of each month at a flat monthly rate, regardless of whether the month contains four (4) or five (5) weeks.
3.3 Initial Billing. Upon commencement of Services, Clients will be charged:
(a) An initial clean-up fee (covering removal of up to 15 litres of waste; additional 15 litres billed at $25 each); and
(b) A pro-rata fee for the remainder of the month, calculated according to the applicable service frequency (weekly or fortnightly).
3.4 Pro-rata calculation. Will be calculated as following:
- For Weekly Services: (Monthly cost for weekly service / 4) x number of cleans that can be performed for the rest of that month
- For Fortnightly Services (Monthly cost for fortnightly services/ 2) x number of cleans that can be performed for the rest of that month

4. Service Operations
4.1 Access. Clients must ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured on service days. Alternatively, Clients may provide keys or lock combinations. Failure to provide access will result in full billing, as travel costs are incurred and waste accumulates for subsequent service.
4.2 Attendance. Client presence is not required at the time of service.
4.3 Year-Round Service. Services are provided year-round, subject to weather, public holidays, the week of Christmas (25th December – 01 January) and unforeseen circumstances as outlined herein.
5. Weather and Holidays
5.1 Weather. We will service in most weather conditions. However, severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat) may result in postponement. Clients will be notified of such postponements.
5.2 Billing. No refunds or discounts are provided for weather-related cancellations, as subsequent visits will require removal of accumulated waste. Conversely, no additional charges apply in months where five (5) weekly visits are rendered.
5.3 Holidays. Services are not provided on public holidays or during Company-designated vacation periods. This includes the week of Christmas (25th December- 01 January). Standard Victorian public holidays include, but are not limited to:
New Year’s Day
Australia Day
Labour Day
Good Friday
Easter Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Anzac Day
King’s Birthday
AFL Grand Final Eve
Melbourne Cup
Christmas Day

6. Unforeseen Circumstances
6.1 Temporary Interruptions. Services may be suspended due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to illness, injury, or equipment/vehicle failure. Clients will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Yard Maintenance. Clients are responsible for keeping grass and yard conditions manageable. Excessive grass, weeds, leaves, or debris may prevent thorough waste removal. If conditions render Service impractical, the yard may be placed on hold until remedied.
7.2 Service Skips. Clients may request occasional service skips (e.g., during vacations). This must be done before 12noon the day before service. If notified outside of this it would count as the property been serviced for that time. Excessive skips may result in termination of Services.
7.3 Dog Waste Limitations. Services are limited to waste that can reasonably be removed with a rake and scoop. Extremely small (<1-2cm) or loose stools (particularly on artificial turf) may not be fully removed. Clients are responsible for additional cleaning (e.g., scrubbing, washing, or use of detergents) where necessary.
8. Liability
8.1 No Guarantee of Absolute Cleanliness. While the Company endeavours to provide thorough Services, waste may occasionally remain due to yard conditions, waste consistency, or other factors outside our control.
8.2 Limitation of Liability. The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the provision (or non-provision) of Services.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be made available to Clients and continued use of Services shall constitute acceptance of such amendments.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
