FAQ's/ Terms of Service
How often does our company come out? Most customers prefer once a week. However, if you have children playing in the yard or three plus dogs, we urge you to consider at least two visits per week.
Do I have to sign a contract? No, there are no contracts to sign. However, we ask that you enter this service with a long-term outlook. Dogs will never stop making their messes, and it is a long-term commitment to pick up after them. So we ask that if we exceed your expectations, you allow us to earn your long-term business. If you want to cancel please contact us at least 1 week prior to your next billing date. If you cancel we will continue to the end of the paid month
How do I pay for services? We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will email you a secure link to add your card. We do not accept cash, checks, or Venmo.
How often will I be billed? We bill monthly on the first day of the month. We bill this way so that the amount is always the same, whether it's a four-week or a five-week month.
This helps our clients plan and budget for this expense.
Will the first time cost more? Yes, We charge a fee for first-time cleanups and this includes us removing up to 15Litres of old waste. Should there be more than 15Litres of old waste we charge an extra $25 for each additional 15Litres.
What happens with initial billing? When signing up you will be charged the initial clean up fee, plus a pro-rata amount until the end of the month, calculated as: [monthly fee divided by 4]x number of cleans that can be done the rest of that month.

Do I have to be at home when you arrive? No, we are happy to work while you are away.
Do we work all year? Yes, we work through most weather all year. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste from January 1st through December 31st.
What happens if it rains or we experience other adverse weather conditions? We'll work in most weather, but there may be days when heavy rain, extreme heat, high winds, lightning, and other unforeseen weather circumstances could happen. In those cases, you will receive a text message notifying you that we will not serve your yard on that day. Will I still have a weekly charge if the weather prevents my service? Yes, please understand that we will have twice the waste pick up the following week and that waste could still be damp with rainwater making it an even more unpleasant task.
Per our Terms of Service agreement, we do not refund or discount for skipped days due to inclement weather. Conversely, we do not charge extra for the months in which a customer receives 5 visits. This occurs 4 times per year, so even if we had to skip a specific customer 3 times in a year, they would technically still be receiving one free visit.
What about the holidays? We take the off all public holidays and The week of Christmas. We will also take a vacation from time to time and notify you in advance. If my service day falls on a holiday or vacation day, will I still have a weekly charge? Yes, please understand that we will have a double week's worth of waste to remove upon our return. Standard Victorian public holidays include, but are not limited to:
New Year's Day.
Australia Day
Labor Day
Good Friday
Saturday before Easter Sunday
Easter Sunday
Easter Monday
Anzac Day
King’s Birthday
Friday before AFL Grand Final
Melbourne Cup
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
What about unforeseen circumstances? There could be times when your service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the most common being an illness, injury, or a vehicle breakdown. In these cases, you will be given as much notice as possible that your yard will not be serviced that day. Will I still have a weekly charge if my service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances? Yes, please understand that the following week there will be two weeks' worth of waste to pick up. We do understand that a yard can only be allowed to become so messy before it needs to be cleaned. In the event of an extended illness or injury, if you would like to clean your own yard, we would be happy to issue you a credit. We will, of course, do our best to keep these types of situations to a minimum.
Should I unlock my gate? Yes, please. We do not climb or jump over fences, so please leave your gate unlocked on service days. You may provide us with a key or a combination if that would be more convenient for you. Will I be billed if I forget to unlock my gate, or the dog will not let you into the yard? Yes, because we have to cover travel time to your location and there will be twice the waste to pick up the following week.
What if I want to skip a day? We understand that people go on vacation and take their dogs with them, and there may be a few days each year where we skip the day. In such cases, we ask for as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours) so that we may fill your spot with another customer. Please understand that we reserve a time slot for your yard every week. Excessive skipped days will result in removal from our service.
Am I required to cut my grass/pick up my yard? Dog waste blends into tall grass, weeds, leaves, twigs, fallen fruit, etc. If you choose to let your yard go, we will not be able to guarantee complete removal of waste…we can't pick up what we can't see. If you let your yard go for too long, we will have no choice but to put your yard on hold until the grass is cut.
For eg: Tom signs up on Thursday the 4th September for $132/month, once a week clean. His service day is Wednesday. There are 3 service that can be performed until the end of the month. His first clean is already paid for as part of the initial cleaning fee. He then has 2 more cleans remaing for the month. He will then pay 2 x (132/4) =$66, plus initial cleaning fee. On the first of the month, Tom will then start paying the regular $132/month for his subscription service
