How does it work?

Check your postcode
If in our service area, fill in your details on the sign up page
One of our staff will contact you confirming details, including payment
We inform you of a day which we service your area
We SMS you 30-120mins prior to arriving
If your dogs has previously been known to be aggressive, or has aggressive traits, we ask that you restrain your dog at this time
We arrive, clean your yard and pop the waste in your bin
Sit back, relax, and enjoy your clean yard!

Can I choose my service time?

How often do you come out?

We currently can come out once a week, or once a fortnight. As our business grows we hope to be able to offer twice a week services

Unfortunately to optimise our routes and to keep costs as lowest possible to you, we cannot give a specific time. We will however, SMS you 30mins- 90mins prior to us arriving to let you know we are on our way

What days do you service?

We currently service properties on Saturday. As we grow, we will be transitioning to regular weekday services

How often will I be billed?

We bill monthly on the first day of the month. Initially you will be billed for the initial clean, plus a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the month
